Thulium Laser

1927nm wavelength can penetrate to a deeper level within the lower part of the epidermis and dermis without causing the upper layer to peel. This precise layer is which most of the pigmented lesions reside. Pigmented lesions are then broken up into small fragments and absorbed by immune cells, renewing damaged skin and stimulating new collagen production,to effectively treat melasma, freckles, sunspots and age spots etc.
